4/15/2026 - Compassion and Shadow Work.  Jeannie leads a session on compassion and shadow work, guiding participants through a shadow mapping exercise.  She explains how shadow work and introduces the concept of "golden shadow". This session was recorded for participants to reference later for deeper exploration and concludes with a guided meditation to integrate the shadow self.
