What is a session like?     
At Judd Wellness, Sound Healing is often incorporated with other modalities; based on the client’s specific needs.  A session may include the use of tuning forks and crystal singing bowl placed around/on the client’s body.  The sound and vibration emanating from the instrument activates areas of the brain which often leads to deeper relaxation.
